Add Yes/No confirmation before creating a meeting

The skill should read back the meeting information as understood from voice > text conversion and ask the user for confirmation to create the meeting as described.
- if the user says "Yes" (or similar) the skill should take the action to create the meeting
- if the user says "No" (or similar) the skill should drop/cancel the current session
