Reminder: Once dplyr 0.6 is out, update non-standard evaluation

Most of dplyr soft deprecated functions are only used now in condformat deprecated code paths, being show_columns, show_rows and theme functions the only "to do" pieces.
Compatibility is preserved, but we shift to a tidy evaluation syntax (using the pipe)
