Usable mobile styles

The app currently looks awful on mobile.

We need proper styles to go with it, so it's usable.
Requirements
- Search page needs to be more friendly
- Search input should adapt on focus
- Field should move up to the top of the screen
- Suggested results should take whole screen
- Command page should take whole screen size, with no margins
- Encoder progress should show information with more space and rows as needed
