[Command] Add "copy" button

The app should not just be an encoder, but a tool for finding useful commands.

The command page should allow users to copy the command to their clipboard so they could use it on their own command-line, tweaking as needed.

Requirements

• Show a "copy" button that copies the command (with current inputs) to the clipboard
• The copy button should display a tooltip indicating things were copied
