Angular: Complete game-project component

There is a stub component for this currently, but it needs to be fleshed out. This would need to include the overall percentage, the separate metric percentages, and the charts.

Acceptance criteria

• Write game-project component

Notes
I'm currently unsure how these percentages and charts are handled, beyond a CSV feeding the chart. This might be worth re-exploring with the move to Angular.
