Unable to create a new ticket using index file

It is not possible to create a new sample ticket using link given on index.php.

Due to to a broken link, it is currently not possible to navigate to sample page for creating a new ticket.

          <li><a href="samples/tickets/qcreateTicket.php">Create a new ticket.</a></li>

this link should be updated.
