Table columns are not formatted correctly and "jumps" when adjusted with smaller column width or display size

General

Reporting two related bugs to do with smaller display width and reducing the size of a column. Tested on Chrome and Firefox.

1. When adjusting columns in the UI, they "jump" suddenly to the left and are not placed where the cursor is placed.

2. It also seems like the padding for each column is fixed and overflows to other columns so the formatting gets very strange

The problem described is definitely an issue, and probably not just affect this page, but other pages where the component is used as well.

This issue should be fixed with release 0.9.0
