(Re)implement examples in Elm and PlaceholderName Lang

Reimplement the three current CISC examples that have been completed in Elm in PlaceHolderName (see #23), as well as three more. That is, there should be (at least) six examples in both Elm and PlaceHolderName Lang.

Of course, you do not have a compiler or interpreter for PlaceHolderLang, so your examples will be fake in some sense. The point is to allow you to determine what you want the language to be by creating the examples in them.
