Revisit zlib_output_buffer::write

zlib_output_buffer::write calls deflate quite often (in fact for every attribute, which is printed). Maybe this needs another buffering layer on top, or it doesn't matter at all... -> Looks good, Z_NO_FLUSH is in place. Closing.
