It is not possible to create a Keyboard Shortcut for each profile.

Activate ZeroOmega's pop-up window by using the activation shortcut, and then use the up/down keys to select the profile?

What you wrote about is known even to a baby. If you still need to select from the list, then a shortcut to open it is not needed.
I need a Keyboard shortcut that directly launches the profile I need!
