IceDiscovery helloUI demo inconsistently connecting with hello discovery server

Currently, the steps to run the helloUI IceDiscovery demo do not lead to a consistently working demo. It may result from how the iOS Simulator works with localhost and the firewall. I will investigate to see if I can develop a consistent and reproducible method to get the demo to reliably communicate with the hello discovery server and update the README.md accordingly.
