[Feature] option for scaffold to place in mid air

i know, this sounds impossible, but it actually isn't. for example the tweakeroo mod does this by calling ClientPlayerInteractionManager#interactBlock on an air block in order to place a block in mid air. of course some anti-cheats will detect this, and that's why im suggesting this as an option. this also may not work when there is no interactable block nearby
