Publish to NPM registry

XRebel has problems upgrading to the latest version (1.2.0).

I have used multiple ways in package.json:

• github:#1.2.0
• https://github.com/zeroturnaround/eslint-config-zt/archive/1.2.0.tar.gz

but still Yarn will not install newest version to developers who use yarn install after pulling updates.

If there is no other solution then I would like to publish eslint-config-zt to npm registry. It might be a better to merge #5 before doing that.
