[feature request] Support dropbox backend

Enhancement request to support Dropbox backend (dpbx).

the Dropbox-backend is working with duplicity-backup.sh - however requires manual exporting/unsetting of the DPBX_ACCESS_TOKEN.
This should be handled by the script i think.

I will submit a pull-request later in order to support this functionality.
