Better tests with coverage reports

Over the last couple of minor versions, the test suite has been set aside and is now barely relevant. If Jasmine is unable to properly test the promises as described in #9, we need to find a better test framework. Also, coverage reporting should be included to make sure that the entire SDK is properly tested.
