add voice navigation to compass

so user can use compass with the screen turned off
what's left to figure out is to solve the problem of what happens when user holds phone in hand with the screen not facing him (in other words, the compass won't be able to determine correctly the direction the user is going). Maybe we should read out loud directions only when user for example uses the volume button?
