move api keys to properties file

- add properties for api keys
- configure them to read properties from pom
- add properties for api keys in pom (maybe add separate profiles for running with apks signed with debug and release keys)
- in java code, read keys from properties file
- in xml read data directly from pom
- add these xmls to filtering in pom
