QR code generated without amount

The placeholder text for the Amount form is "100".
If user clicks "Pay" without entering an amount, QR code without Amount will be generated.
Suggest changing placeholder text to "Enter amount" in order to prompt user to enter amount.
I´m going to change and create PR for this change.

This is not a bug, but a feature. Sometimes people just need an address QR code. They can enter amount in Kalium manually.
