[Feature Request] Add Media Scanner Option

Thank you for your hard work.
I have feature request, I think it will be great if you give material files a media sanner feature. It will be useful for media player especially those who doesn't have this feature or unable to detect media file. Probably this feature can be placed in the three dot button on the right side of folder / listed along with open with, cut, copy, delete, etc options.
