FAB covering 'move' handle in long bookmarks list

I have a long list of bookmark folders; I mean long enough to fill the full height of my screenit: not a big deal, since I can scroll. But when I add another one, I can't move it up because the FAB (is it still called that way?) covers the 'move handle' icon (═). See screenshot:

Um, I missed the bottom padding for that list. Will add that shortly.
