Tweets Scrolling speed?

One little suggestion, I kept trying to read the 'Most Retweeted' on the front page, but it moves way to fast to ever finish a tweet. Perhaps you are trying to get people's attention, so disregard if that was your plan, but for slower reader like me, a little extra time would be great. (suggestion from a harvard professor)
