Steps to reproduce

1. type add n/John Doe c/98765432 a/311, Clementi Ave 2, #02-25 r/high
2. type add n/John D c/98765432 a/311, Clementi Ave 2, #02-25 r/high

Expected

• This should return an error as duplicate phone numbers should be a major flaw unless they are related and use the same phone number

Actual

• This actually passes through, as the image showcase 2 different users with the same phone number.

Could be argued to be high severity as having 2 users with the same phone number should be impossible, means when you try to call someone it reaches 2 person.
