State switching durin continous playback

I had successfully configured my frontier silicon device in homeassistant.
But my automation breaks due to unreliable device state.
Even with continious playback state switches to idle or off for exactly 9 or 10 seconds.

I worked around with an 11 second delay, but it‘s a mess.
Any way to fix it?
