julaug20 mags: Hutton and Boore local magnitude estimation is supposed to use hypocentral distance

since julaug20 SAC files didn't have DIST SAC header (due to station headers not being written), the magnitudes are systematically off a by a bit

this was because the work around i used was to calculate the epicentral distance, but i neglected to consider the depth of the event

so.. the SAC DIST is actually epicentral distance....

which means that all the previous magnitudes were off...

now that I know that the dist calculation is correct, does using RTR and bp from 1 to 45 before the transfer, change the magnitudes?
