[BUG] - Different length acquires on multiple physical SHFQA channels

Describe the bug
We want to measure on two different physical lines with different readout durations, this is however blocked by the L1Q controller:

 laboneq.controller.util        CRITICAL Can't determine unique acquire length for the device 'SHFQA1' in acquire_loop_rt(uid='averaging') section. Ensure all 'acquire' statements within this section mapping to this device use the same kernel length
