errno: 99, error info: Cannot assign requested address

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.tracker.conf开启use_trunk_file=true
2.使用java客户端默认的testLoad测试用例，往fdfs打压力 
10个线程，100k文件，跑50000个
3.跑一会就大量报上传失败，upload file fail, error code: 99

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.01,tracker(172.21.90.28) 1台，storaged 2台，版本一样
