Incomplete .pyd compilation

The python version of OpenSees doesn't have the Masonry material, MasonPan12 element, BeamGT element, Trilinwp material. Just the tcl version has it. The elements and materials are in the source code but they aren't add to the python interpreter, just tcl.

@gtorrisi77 Thanks, the models are added in this PR: OpenSees/OpenSees#1159
The models will be available in the next update of OpenSeesPy.
