Turn and Separation maps not working i 3ds Max

Hi, It seems that the the head turn and eye separation maps are not working properly in 3D studio max. I have not tested the head tilt map.

As example if I load a checker board map and use it as a separation or turn map, i can't see any edges in the rendering. It seems like it pick a single pixel value from the map and use it across the whole fisheye.

The control texture maps have to be applied using "screen space" coordinates in 3DS Max. Could you give that a try and let me know if that fixes the problem you are experiencing.
