Convert to Zikula 1.3.0 + add SimplePie

The module needs to be converted to 1.3.0
SimplePie? is no longer in the core so this module should either include it, or better, use something else like Zend_Feeds which is more mature and well maintained.

Alternatively, we could create a provider plugin to provide the libraries.

With version 2.6.0 under Zikula 1.3.2 I get this error message?

Could not load the 'erweiterungen' module at 'initialise'.
Fatal error: SimplePie system plugin is not available

It seems to be strange, because this issue is closed?

I'm back to this issue!
I would reopen If I had permissions, because I can't install under Zikula 1.3.3.
