Login page is not loading

Expected behaviour - What did you expect to happen?
I wanted to see the login page.
Current behavior - What happened instead?
I was trying to install Zikula 3.1.0 version using the following download link https://github.com/zikula/core/releases/download/3.1.0/zikula.tar.gz
I used CLI installation and I followed the steps given documentation. I got a success message after installation Install Successful!
. My database tables are also filled. But in the login page, I am getting the following error:
Oops! An Error Occurred
The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".
Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
And I have enabled debug mode in .env
by changing APP_DEBUG=1
