Reconsider enrichWith naming

I'm not too happy with the current naming. I propose changing it to extend/extendM/extendManaged.
WDYT @ioleo or do you have another suggestion?

Closing as @delegate family got obsoleted by new environment encoding with Has and ZLayer.
