Node.js 12 actions are deprecated. Please update the following actions to use Node.js 16: actions/checkout@v2.3.4, actions/setup-node@v2, actions/setup-python@v2. I didn't want to create a new issue because of the title.

My builds are failing as well, I'm getting:
creating release Request failed with status code 403 Error: Process completed with exit code 1.

What does this mean?

Resolved the issue, it was a Workflow Actions permission issue
