Add a new example

One of the great pieces of feedback from the review is that a more complex simulation would be helpful. Using inspiration from the project mesa Boltzmann Wealth Example, we should implement something similar.

So far, I have the bounding box where agent movement is constrained and plotting of the locations throughout the experiment.

To Do:

• Place winiks at random within bounds
• Restrict bounds to the box
• Add wealth aspect
• Plot final histogram of wealth
