Optimize database runs but does not produce any ouputs

Hello,

I am trying to run ./GT_Pro optimize command in OSX.

./GT_Pro optimize -d 20190723_881species -i test/SRR413665_2.fastq.gz

I have updated the PATH variable. The command completes without any error (after removing the --out argument, with or without the absolute path) as shown:
[OK] start initial optimization.
[OK] database found
[OK] optimize from ./20190723_881species_optimized_db_kmer_index.bin and ./20190723_881species_optimized_db_snps.bin
[OK] initial optimization done
[OK] finalize optimization with a break-in test
[OK] optimization done

However, this fails to produce any output.

This process runs almost instantaneously, which makes me further doubtful that it is actually doing anything.
GT-Pro version 1.0.1

Hi thapasz, thanks for reporting this issue! Could you please let me know your hardware specs? Might not be the cause in this issue, but the current version of GT-Pro has not been tested on M1 chip Mac.
