Optimize.py does not allow for outdir specification

I am using the optimize.py function from gt-pro-static. I am on a cluster system, and for some reason the build function is not working super well on it. Although the doc string says that optimize.py has an --out argument, it is not working when I try to used it.

Hi sophiejwalton, unfortunately optimize.py does not have a --out argument. Could you please try --tmp to see if it works for your case? I apologize for my delayed response!

Hello, Dr, if i have many samples to run, dose it mean that i will run "GT_Pro optimize" for every sample?

@mengqingren, not necessarily unless each sample is going to be run with a different hardware configuration.
