Feature request: Jump to footnote

I am not sure about implications, but it would be neat to be able to jump to footnote.

In this case I am using vim-pandoc/vim-markdownfootnotes for quick footnote management.

Thank you for sharing your idea. However I think this is a bit out-of-scope for zk-nvim, which should be paired with other Markdown-specific Neovim plugins to have a complete experience.
