"error: Mail service not enabled" in Gmail upload

Some research suggests that this error means that the user has a google account, but no gmail account. The screenshot shows a @hotmail.com address, so it's probably a Google account without Gmail.

So, since there is an error message "Mail service not enabled", which actually seems to be correct (albeit a bit vague), and this should be a rare problem (will only happen if the user doesn't have Gmail), I think this one should be OK to close.
