Streamline compilation for new regexes

Right now, building a new circuit with a new regex requires rebuilding the whole project from source and running nearly 40 lines of scripts. Write a simple bash script that automates build, setup, and a custom regex for the from email and body with just one line, and outputs a new s3 bucket with all of the zkeys, verification keys, solidity verifier [requires fixing issue 11], and wasm file.
