Set Charge Limit is not working

I am trying to develop a script for charging the car when the price of electricity is cheap > charge the car up to 90%. I normally don't charge this high but I am trying to set up the script in such a way that it increases the charge limit to 100% if the electricity price goes negative. I have already figured out how to connect to the power company and get the car to start charging, but I cannot get the change charge limit to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
