Zwift Launcher: No autostart on Windows 10

Normally i use zwift on my tablet. I installed zoffline server and zwift on my windows 10 notebook as a backup in case something is wrong with zwift on the tablet. Here when i start the launcher there is an extra window zwift isn't starting to the normal display. I've made a screenshot. Is this the normal behaviour? Can i skip this?
Sometimes zwift is starting a ride directly after starting the app (on windows and android). I have to end the ride and can start the desired.
What i want is to start watopia every time.

Did you ever ride at least 2 km of the tutorial?
I tried this but i doesn't work. Zwift isn't starting with this tutorial and i'm not sure zwift started ever with the tutorial on windows.
Is it a zoffline specific issue or it also happens with the official server? Did you import your online profile (step 3) or started a new profile from scratch in zoffline?
