Create the virtualenv:

python -m venv ~/Cache/virtualenvs/sudoku-venv

Add to path: source ~/Cache/virtualenvs/sudoku-venv/bin/activate

Install the package: ~/Cache/virtualenvs/sudoku-venv/bin/pip install -e ~/Projects/sudoku

(-e is "editable")

Then execute: sudoku
