Build failed with CompileC error for iOS on Mac M1

When trying to run the iOS app on my Mac with M1 Pro, I'm getting the following error
CompileC <user-path>/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/CustomerApp-duubpnwfoicpsubehpaqojsfruxf/Build/Intermediates.noindex/Pods.build/Debug-iphonesimulator/RNZohodeskPortalSdk.build/Objects-normal/arm64/RNZDPortalTickets.o <project-path>/node_modules/react-native-zohodesk-portal-sdk/ios/RNZDPortalTickets.m normal arm64 objective-c com.apple.compilers.llvm.clang.1_0.compiler (in target 'RNZohodeskPortalSdk' from project 'Pods')
I configured everything as mentioned in the guide, pods are installing successfully but can't force it to build properly :(

We have supported arm64 arch for simulator. Please check with our latest version 1.2.3.
