Allow downloading lists from adblockplus.org sources.

These pretty good for me, but only in browser. Would be good to have some
script which downloads these and uses across PC with peerblock, instead of per
browser.

Somehow map these https://easylist.adblockplus.org/en/ to IPs and create list

I.e. do ping of this list and get IPs, provide .p2p file.
