Can't get PB to work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Was having problems with password opened settings1 and changed to new pin.
2.Started updating, then locked up, I opened task manager and closed PB
3.I did that 2 times than I got snapshot window error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
PB won't open, even in administration mode. I get PB allow box, click ok, then 
nothing.

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or  I'm 
using 1.1 on Windows 8.1 OS, 64 bit
64-bit?


Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.

RE CAPTCHA Box isn't WORKING!
