What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit? WIndows 8.1 X64

Note: I am using 150% DPI in Windows. Not sure if this affects anything. I have
selected In combatility options for the peerblock executable to "disable
display scaling on high dpi settings" though.
