Update team channels to host on while bot is running.

Right now if the channels to be hosted on are from a team and someone new is added or someone is removed, the bot needs to be restarted to get the new list.

Either put in a command that can be used to refresh the list or (even better) make it refresh the list automatically every so often (could be done only when the bot tries to host someone?).
