Add repository links to the `Submit and issue` section.

Is your feature request related to a problem or limitation? Please describe.
I wish we had links for each Zowe component in the Submit an issue section. That way users don't have to remember which repository to go to open issues.

• A small bulleted list of Zowe components with their repository links will suffice.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• People just open issues against the community repo and someone has to route it to the corresponding repository.
