Add a license to the repo

Closed this issue · 1 comments

Hey, i'm just here to ask you if you could add a license to the repo. It seems to be an interesting open-source project, especially since it gets rid of YouTube's worst feature.
I'm asking this because, by default, not adding a license means "all rights reserved" which means that nobody would be allowed to fork it, or even modify it. This probably isn't what you want since you took the time to publish the source code.
If you don't want to look at all the legal jargon around licenses (like all of us, really), just look at what permissive licenses like MIT, Apache or even The Unlicense offer.
To add a license to the repo, just create a LICENSE.MD file with the copied text from your license in it.
