Modals appear off the screen the further down a page

The further down the page the modals are used, the more they appear off the page.
The modals have been moved to before the end of the body tag but this has not fixed the problem.
The problem can be seen on dev.streetlike.com

I updated the reveal.css file to change the .reveal-modal class to position:fixed with top:5%!important.
Seems to work now.
