Convert Image formats

1. Create a python file, not inside this repository(you can create a folder on your pc that will contain the file).
2. Write a sample code that does what you are researching, i.e convert one image format to another.
3. Test it, confirm its working!
4. Push it to your github repository and share the link to slack channel
